At the road level is the large basement area with garage, from where internal stairs are leading to the ground floor.
The ground floor is also accessible directly from the roadside, and comprises of living area, small hall, kitchen/dining area (not fitted), and one (1) small bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Both, living and kitchen area do have access to a balcony at the rear with some sea view.
